Returns
Due to the nature of our products, please note that we do not accept any returns. Since we mainly sell food products, any return would be considered unsanitary for resale afterwards. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
While we do not accept any returns, we understand that things can go wrong. If you have exceptional case, please contact our customer contact team at hello@iversio.com stating what went wrong with your order and how you would like us to rectify the issue. Please also provide us with sufficient pictures. Once your email is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 to 10 business days. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 10 business days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
