  1. Shipping Method and Cut-Off Times: We primarily ship our products through Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48. We may also use Evri. The weekday cut-off time for collection from the Royal Mail is 2:00 PM. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. Please note that orders may be processed and fulfilled over the weekend but will not be collected by the Royal Mail until Monday.

  2. Estimated Shipping Dates: We provide estimated shipping dates in good faith for the delivery of your products. However, please understand that these dates are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen delays in transit or peak holiday seasons.

  3. Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping address information. We cannot be held responsible for any issues or delays in delivery resulting from the customer entering an incorrect address. For further details on such issues, please refer to our Returns Policy.

We highly recommend that you double check your shipping address before you finalise your order as this will ensure a timely and accurate delivery.

  1. International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
